Working with Marianne to find my rental was a fantastic experience. For starters, she gets to know you, which allows her to speak to landlords with confidence regarding you as the tenant. Her knowledge of the market and the local area also means she is on top of listings as soon as they're available. Marianne was just incredible from day one. I’m from the UK, so I had never dealt with realtors before. I quickly discovered a lot of shady people looking to make a quick buck. Marianne was the opposite. She understood my timeframes; she spent days literally with me visiting tons of properties that she had selected, all meeting my criteria. Once we had the house, Marianne negotiated hard and got a good deal - but more than that, she followed everything closely through to completion. When my international financing was delayed, she soothed the sellers; when my attorney wasn’t fast enough, she chased him. Incredibly proactive in driving the deal all the way over the line.
